In the middle of Kanopos Nome are the Zephyros Stables. Go there. There is a large chariot racing stadium here. The papyrus is southeast from the stables. There will be a small shack acting as a repair workshop. The scroll is in the centre on the table. Here is the description.

In Sapi-Res Nome, north of Letopolis Temple, you can find me in the farmland. I lay where man’s creation brings the Nile’s water to desert sand.

For a puzzle, this one provides an exact location. Go to the southern part of Sapi-Res Nome towards the Letopolis Temple. The farmland mentioned is to the northwest of the temple. Go a bit further into the lands near the palm trees. You need to go to a stone passage with wooden gates. Follow it till it reaches the forest to the west where the water dries out. The treasure will be here.
