Capcom Vancouver’s Dead Rising 4, released for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One on 6 Dec 2016. It is published by Microsoft Studios and it is an open world survival horror beat em up video game. The game features Frank West and is set in Willamette, Colorado sporting a Christmas theme coinciding with the current season. 1. Blast From The Past – This is in the hallway of the military facility during the prologue mission.
2. Froztee Penguin – Find Froztee’s locker near The Thirsty Amazon after the helicopter crashes. Use the key to get the blueprint in a locked cage.
3. Electric Wreath – Go to the Miami Boardwalk Section in the Willamette Memorial Megaplex. Find Rhiannon Ferosh and find the blueprint in a locker.
4. Flaming Helmet – Go to Medieval Town from the Amazon Food Court. There is a Toy Rex shop with the blueprint in its counter.
5. Floating Lantern – In a bar in Kiichiro Plaza.
6. Acid Maul – Follow the yellow guides into Medieval Town to find this blueprint.
7. Santa Trap – Find the Zom-B safe key in Santa’s Village in the Central Plaza. Enter the North Pole Town Square workshop. Use the Spectrum Analyzer on the bookcase and find the Panic Room. The blueprint is inside that room.
8. Laser Sword – Go to Miami Boardwalk. Stop at the Charms Of Desire shop as the blueprint is inside that shop.
9. Slicing Beauty – Do the first case of the game. Go inside the tent and get the key. Find the door with the keypad and go inside.
10. Ice Sword – Go to the apartment above Dodd’s Drugs in case 2. The blueprint is on the kitchen counter.
11. Holiday Junk – Go to the area next to the Willamette Bus Stop in the mission to investigate Old Town. Look for Santa’s Chair.
12. Roaring Thunder – Look for the Tetro’s Comics And Collectibles shop in Old Town. The weapon is on the counter.
13. Flaming Sword – Go to the center of a park in Old Town. Find a digging spot on the ground with the Spectrum Analyzer. Get the exosuit to dig up the hole to get the blueprint.
14. Roto Killer – Near the bathroom on the ground next to the benches in the same park.
15. Bon Bomb – Just follow the game’s storyline.
16. Glass Knuckles – Buy it from the Emergency Shelter Weapon Vendor for 6000 dollars.
17. Magic Wand – Find the blueprint in the living room at the Brieder Residence.
18. Gandelf – Visit the house of the gardner and go to the main bedroom to find a key on a table. Use the key on the locker to get this blueprint.
19. Sledge Saw – Look for a digging site with the Spectrum Analyzer at Willamette Jr. High School. Use the exosuit to dig this blueprint up.
20. Sentry Kittens – Reach the dam near North Peak. Use the Spectrum Analyzer to spot a digging site and use the exosuit to dig the blueprint up.
21. Jurassic Barf – Go to the Peaks Motel and head downstairs near North Peak. Find the blueprint on a table near the TV.
22. Back Cracker – Go to Nikolls Ink at North Peak. The blueprint is on a table.
23. Deck The Halls – During case 3, go to Jox Residence in the Mountain Ridge Estate. The blueprint is on the kitchen counter.
