Dynasty Warriors 9 To Run at 4k 30FPs or 1080p 60 FPS on PS4 Pro

Dynasty Warriors 9

Dynasty Warriors 9 is the upcoming installment by KOEI Tecmo. We got a lot of reveals by the developers over the past week, the game will essentially be a NioH style game.

This seems to be the company’s most ambitious release to date, with an open world design and a fully functioning weather system, along with day and night cycles as well. In an interview with a Chinese company, the developers revealed some exciting details of the game.

Firstly, the game will run at a smooth 30FPS on 4K resolution on the PS4 Pro or if you want to get the maximum Frames Per Second out of the game, the game runs at a buttery smooth 60FPS at 1080P resolution.

If you own the original PlayStation 4, however, you’ll probably have the options to shift between 1080p at 30 FPS or 720p at 60 FPS.

Although Dynasty Warrior 9 runs well enough, the developers are having troubles implementing the Local Co-op and like NioH, the game will feature Asynchronous multiplayer, meaning players will be able to see silhouettes of other players if they’re in the region as well as blood spots where they died.

One of the more surprising things about Dynasty Warrior 9 is that it will apparently have over 90 playable characters but there won’t really be new. Only 10 new characters will be available in the game and most of them will be ported from DW8E.

We’re definitely excited to check this game out, the game takes the player on a scenic path through feudal China, when warlords had dominance over the vast in the waning days of the Han dynasty and emergence of the Three Kingdoms era. The player will have to complete objectives and missions in order to proceed, Dynasty Warrior 9 will have a series of bosses with varying difficulty and will provide you with hours and hours of fun.

For more updates, stay tuned.
