#1 Crash during startup/random crashes/black screen/failed to launch fix:

  • Users for whom the game is crashing to desktop while launching should update the video card drivers. We suggest users to do a clean install of the graphic card drivers by downloading from the official website.
  • If you have the game on Steam, we advise you to verify the integrity of the game cache to avoid such issues.
  • Players who are using SLI/Crossfire setup should try playing with a single GPU and laptop users should use the dedicated GPU instead of the integrated one.

#2 Texture pop-in issue in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood fix:

If your game is having weird texture pop-in issues while playing, you need to follow the given steps to fix it. This is an engine specific issue that was seen in Rage and The New Order. The fix is simple.

  1. Press Windows Key+R
  2. In the box, type the following and press Enter

  3. Create a folder there named “MachineGames”
  4. Inside “MachineGames” folder, create another folder named “Wolfenstein The Old Blood”
  5. Launch the game

#3 Stuttering/Micro-stuttering issue in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood fix:

If the game is getting stuck every few seconds, it is suffering from stuttering issue. The solution for this problem is same as #2. Just follow the steps in #2 to get rid of your problem.

#4 Can’t save issue in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood fix:

Many players have complained about not being able to save their game settings. Well, the Apply button is located just under the Settings menu. I don’t know what the developers were thinking but whatever.
