Square Enix just announced that NieR: Automata demo will be on December 22, 2016. This demo will allow players to control only one game character, the Android 2B, who will be on mission to destroy a devastating giant weapon located somewhere in an abandoned factory.  NieR: Automata will release on March 10, 2016 in Europe whereas North America will get it on March 07, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and the PC.

Though Square Enix didn’t mention anything about releasing the game on the Xbox One, but the prequel game was released both on Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 so not releasing the NieR Automata on the Xbox One will make fans sad. But still chances are that Square Enix will announce the Xbox One version too.
