So Electronic Arts has just announced that they won’t be making or releasing a Battlefield 1 sequel for a couple of years or so. EA just released one of the best games in the history this year and yeah we are talking about the Battlefield 1. Which took us back into the era of First World War. The statement that “No Battlefield Sequel Will Be Coming For Another Couple Of Years” came from EA Financial Officer, Blake Jorgenson.

The reason he gave for the delay of another battlefield game is to increase the revenue from Battlefield 1 by making it staying in power for a 2-years and releasing new Multiplayer maps and stuff in the form of DLCs.

Jorgenson gave the reasoning behind the delay of a Battlefield sequel as a way to help increase the company’s profits by making Battlefield 1 have some staying power.
