Graphics, programming, and video animation school CG Spectrum reported today by means of official statement that $500,000 worth of grants will be accessible for potential students for its 2016-2017 season.

These grants are offered in partnership with Australian game and film studios, for example, Armello designer League of Geeks, and benefactor to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, visual impacts studio Luma Pictures. Candidates can look over six licensed online diplomas in animation, visual effects, programming, 3D demonstrating, and creation, with the best students moving into paid positions with industry partners.

Co-founder and head of school Jeff Pepper accepts paid temporary jobs are a pivotal part of the activity.

“There is a lot of abuse going on in the internship space at the moment, and we’re proud to partner with studios that actively go against that,” he said.

League of Geeks is putting forth three six-month paid arrangements to the best performing understudies in the 2016-2017 admission.
