Capcom Vancouver’s Dead Rising 4, an open world survival horror beat em up game, features Frank West and is set in Willamette, Colorado. How to Unlock Exo Suit
First up, how to unlock these suits. Just continue through the main storyline. When the game allows you to leave the Willamette Memorial Megaplex to go to Old Town, that’s when you unlock exosuits.
Look for a cache labelled Exosuit. These are usually in supply crates in the area or sometimes guarded by mercenaries.
How to Use Exo Suit
Now, how to use these suits? The conventional way is to hit the zombies at close range with it. But why limit yourself?
This suit allows you to run past a large horde of zombies without slowing down which can be useful when you don’t have time to deal with large number of zombies.
Also, some of the weapon blueprints are hidden deep underground and you need the exosuit to reach out and collect them.
The main thing to note is that there is a 2 minute timer on the exosuit before it needs to be recharged. So, make a proper plan before using the exo suit and make the most of the 2 minute timer.
Here are a few ways to optimally using the exosuit.
- In story missions, recharge points will appear where you can recharge your exo suit. Check the lights of the suit. A purple color means you are good to go.
- Exosuits also allow you to equip some weapons and tools which you conventionally can’t like miniguns, pirate cannons, flamethrowers, etc. Look out for objects highlighted with a purple icon as these are the ones you can use via your exo suit.
