UNLOCK NIGHTMARE MODE

TO unlock the nightmare settings, without completing the game on a lower difficulty setting, hit the TILDE key and then type menu_advanced_AllowAllSettings 1

DISABLE MOUSE SMOOTHING

In the console, type set m_smooth 0.

SKIP THE CUT- SCENES

Type com_skipIntroVideo in the console.

Now to the second part,

This is for the PC gamers out there with the extra juice in their graphics cards . I mean with graphics cards having VRAM higher than 4 GB. So, guys with less than 4 GB of VRAM, this is not for you.

8k Ultra

You can apply these settings in the DOOM config file which is in Saved Games\id Software\DOOM folder.
