One of the most popular series by Square Enix, Dragon Quest XI, is currently in development for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch. The developers of this game have been frequent in giving hints and details about the game’s development and systems.

PlayStation and Nintendo 3DS Battle System

Both the 3ds and PS4 will use a command based battle system but with discrete differences, on the PS, there is the free-movement battle system, allowing players to freely move and manipulate the camera during a fight. on the 3DS however, there will be a 2D mode but with Pixelated characters.

The best part of the series is that it will allow the users to do all kinds of fun stuff; like riding dragons, crafting and more.

Although the release date of this japanese-styled RPG is not yet confirmed, with the initial release date being sometime time 2017 -a bit vague-, we can expect this game to come out close to spring.
