By talking to the Tipster in Meldacio Hunter HQ, you can get different locations for the Cactuar Needle.

• It will be marked near the Risorath Basin.
• Search on the huge rock in the area.
• If you cant find it, use the Beast Whistle. This summons the Cactuar.
• Finish it quickly as it has a good tendency to flee the fight.
• Once you defeat him, he will drop a Cactuar Needle which is used to upgrade weapons.
• Be conservative while using these items as these are very rare.
