As announced today by Microsoft, the Gears of War 4 PC version is now available to pre-load. You’ll need to have the Windows 10 Anniversary Update released this year to play the game, and 80GB of free hard drive space to install it.
Microsoft also recommends that you download the latest Windows update (KB3194496), as it fixes a glitch that could cause the download to restart. You can follow the steps on this website to find out if your version of Windows is optimal for the download. If you’re running Version 1607, OS Build 14393.222, you’re good to go.
