Get to the islands on the right side.
Then, go to the marketplace district. Locate the manhole near some tables.

Second Manhole
Get to the Overlook Plaza Fountain.

Third Manhole
Get to Radale Memorial Park Island.
Locate this manhole near the pier.

Fourth Manhole
Get to the outside area of Tritower Hotel.

Lei Havina

Fifth Manhole
Go outside the Danari Mansion.

Sixth Manhole
Get to Goredoh Garden right next to the theatre.
Go to the pool of water.
Locate the manhole on the northern end.
