Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice, an action-adventure hack and slash game and it released for PC and PS4 on August 8, 2017. Ninja Theory developed this game. This guide describes how to get all Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice Puzzle Solutions. We will see how to solve each of the puzzles available in the game. Ninja Theory says Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice is an independent AAA game. It is about Pict that is based on Celtic and Norse mythology. The game takes you to Senua’s personal journey through a hellish underworld which is the psychotic manifestation of her.
Between battles against Norse gods and mythological creatures, you also need to solve different types of puzzles in the game. There are locked doors with secret rune symbols and these runes will be in the area and you have to find them. You will need to perform various tasks to solve the puzzles in the game and this guide will show the puzzle solutions to each of these.
Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice Puzzle Solutions
CHAPTER 1
It is the first rune door in the first chapter. After turning around, in the same path, you will see an M-shape projected onto the rocks on the left wall. The light illumnating the passage leaves an ‘M’-shaped shadow.
CHAPTER 2
On the left path, you will find the Illusion Trial is located on the left path and on the right path, you will find the Fire Trial.
The Illusion Arch – There will be a stone door jamming the path. There will be hill opposite of the door. Get up to it and then push down the bridge. Then look through the Illusion Arch and walk through it.
The Valravn Symbol Door – It looks impenetrable but look through the large illusion arch to look at the castle wall left to the valravn door. Get to the top and there will be many glowing pieces of the wall. Make the Valravn symbol by aligning these pieces on the locked door.
The Second Valravn Symbol Door – Backtrack down the path and look through an illusion arch to make a section of the rune wall disappear. Go through, then get down the steps. Then you have to make the next wall barrier disappear. Next thing to do is to move left of the symbol door. Slip under the ruin by using the third illusion arch. Now get up the ladder and through the fourth illusion arch. Get back to the ladder and then unlock the door. Get under the low beam. Next thing is to take the curved stairs and align the glowing symbols.
The Third Valravn Symbol Door – Once the cutscene gets over, turn around from the symbol at the top of the stairs. Then go left in the forest. There will be a balance beam. Cross it and drop down a dirt path and continue down this path and get to the locked gate. As you turn left, three symbols will align with the gate.
The Last Valravn Symbol Door – There will be a ladder to the right of the door. Climb it and walk through the illusion gate at the top. Then you got to cross over to the opposite illusion arch and take the curved stairs and tree to get to it. Then cross the balance beam and push down the bridge. Backtrack to the second illusion arch in order to make the balance beam disappear. Then walk through and cross the new bridge. Finally, walk gently to the nest located at the centre of the branches and then align the glowing symbols.
CHAPTER 3
On the left path, you will find the Illusion Trial and on the right path there will be the Fire Trial.
The First Rune Door – It is a part of a wooden gate early in the fire trial. You need two runes to open it. Look for Y-shaped posts. The rightmost Y-shaped post has an I post in front of it. Create the first rune symbol by aligning these two shapes. Then go right to a small hill. Now you have to align the pair of posts to form an H. Search for a post with a bent branch. Then align it with another post and that gets you the second rune symbol.
The Second Rune Door – You need two runes to open it. There will be two fallen trees forming an X. To complete the first rune, align the X shape with the two trees. Now, get inside the house and go upstairs and cross over to the second attic room. Get to dead end balcony and then at the clearing below. You will see a red burning line that forming R. This is your second rune.
The Last Rune Door – You need three runes to open it. Climb the watchtower located behind the large structure and then cross the bridge. Face the right rooftop and search for a wooden beam sticking out. Now form a P symbol by aligning it with the post. Next, get into the right longhouse and go out through the back door. Then look up at the exterior wall of the longhouse and you will see that the missing wooden boards form a T cross shape. Now, get in the left longhouse and face the missing wall. There are two posts that can be aligned to form P.
CHAPTER 4
You need to go the second floor. Go down to the large wrecked boat found on the right of the rune door. Now run to the far end and look into the hall to make the stairs reappear. The rune door is down the left passageway after you finish the battle in the fort’s main hall.
Get to the main hall and then go near the repaired stairs. Then look at the hanging planks and creat and X by aligning them. Next, get to the second floor. Pass a hanging cage in the corner and look right at the hanging planks and find the S shape. Now, at the end of the second floor path, climb the ladder and look at the hanging planks again. Find an X symbol.
CHAPTER 5
There are no puzzles in this chapter.
CHAPTER 6
You will find the Maze Trial in the shard behind the blue glowing tree and to the left. When facing the blue portion of the corpse-tree, turn around and get into the shard to the left. Now for completing the maze, take the sequence of directions mentioned below.

CHAPTER 7
Turn around after facing the blue area of the corpse-tree and look right. Enter this shard for the Tower Trial.
The First Rune Door – You will find a mask on the island between the two docks. Use this mask to enter the past or present and get to the past to read the rune door, which is the main entrance. Once you locate the door, push down the bridge on the second dock and go back to the present. Then go through the open side gate and return to the past. Get in the tower and up the stairs. Look towards the interior rune door. There a beam of light will be projecting on the symbol.
The Last Rune Door – After repairing the stairs in the present, climb upstairs to find the last rune door. In the past, look at the beams of light behind the rune door. You will see that they form an up pointer. Then climb the stairs and get to the third floor, push down the bridge and access the past. Unlock both barred doors and return to the present. Get inside the balcony and look towards the ruined bridge. There is an M-like symbol you can make after aligning the ropes and posts. Push down the second bridge and get to the past. Get to the balcony which is connecting the mask to the bridge you just pushed down and go right. The missing boards form an S shape.
CHAPTER 8
You will find these puzzles in the Swamp Trial.
Restoring The Bridge – To repair the main bridge, you need to use three illusion arches. Use the first illusion arch to remove a wall forward. The second arch removes a spiked barrier. Finally create an accessible door in the wall by going through the third arch. Now with the help of the second arch, make the stairs to the watchtower reappear and then go through the door. Get to the top and then look right on the walkway to restore the bridge over the swamp.
The Rune Door – For this, you will need to open 3 runes. You find yourself in a maze-like area with an unstoppable enemy. There will be bright symbols on the wall. You have to run to each corner of the maze and scan them. Once you get all three, get back to the rune door.
CHAPTER 9
There are no puzzles in this chapter.
CHAPTER 10
This chapter can be accessed only if you successfully complete all four shard trial.
The First Rune Door – Get in the path located to the left and then climb up the spiral stairs that leads to a dark room. There will be a shield symbol to the right. Project a P shadow into the shield using your torch. Then continue going through the barred doors and then you will find stairs that leads down to a room spawning an enemy. Fight and take down this enemy and light all fires in the room. Climb up the stairs and look down at the floor. You will see that the blood is shaped like your symbol. Take the stairs down that will take you to a dark cavern. On reaching the spot, dive underwater and put out the torch. Next thing is to get a torch and return. Get through the wooden fence and light the brazier located to the right. Then you will see the last symbol revealed.
The Second Rune Door – To get to this door, you have to walk across the balance beam. This requires only one rune. There will be stairs on the right side, climb up. Then just light the brazier and go out the room. Then again get into the cave by the balance beam and look up at the area. A symbol will be revealed by the light of the fire.
The Last Rune Door – In the room with the waterfall lies the last door which requires only one rune. Get in the cavern opposite the locked door till you reach a brazier. Light it up. Get back to the locked door and put out your torch by walking through the waterfall. Escape Fenrir when it reappears. Then light up the last brazier by relighting the torch. On the right of the rune door, the symbol will appear on the wall.
CHAPTER 11
Restoring The Bridge – Climb up the spiral staircase. From the balcony, look down at the main bridge to repair the first part. Then backtrack to the bridge and get up the stairs that will take you to the bridge. In the balcony, there will be broken iron bars. Through them look down at the bridge. Now you have to go down and get to the second section of the bridge. Just look right to restore the entrance to the final area. Get inside the entrance, take down the enemies and then from the small balcony, look down at the bridge.
