Microsoft had a service outrage previously this month. But, as fate would have it another outage and occurred leaving vital services such as Xbox Live, outlook and Skype facing down times of up to 1 hours. Windows Store and Onedrive was also affected with this service outage and has been confirmed by many sources.

After going through the first outage this month, Microsoft service users thought they were through it and the service would go back to normal but with the recent outage, they are absolutely outraged and furious at why they’re being constantly disturbed.

Acknowledging this, Microsoft sent this letter via Xbox Live:

“Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience”

Even though they acknowledged this, it wasn’t fast enough. Whenever a service is out, the company needs to act on it quick and take the public in support, and give an approximate on the situation. This helps avoid outcries by the community and mass of people as well as saves the company’s tail somewhat.
