By lining up the wing of your plane with your marker, you can know when to jump. When it is perfectly in line, jump. To cover maximum ground, press W while looking up. This will dive you forwards quickly. To get a speed boost to your parachute, look directly down and hold W.

Swing when your parachute opens to go even further. Press W till you have swung all the way back and release it so your character springs forward. Press W when they are at max distance forwards and repeat.
