Valve engineer Jeff Bellinghausen announced today at the Steam Dev Days convention in Washington, Seattle, that Sony’s Dualshock 4 controller support would be coming to Steam. Bellinghausen also said they’d be adding support for other controllers in the future.
This is great news. The PS4 Controller is essentially the same as the Steam controller now, so gamers can just pick whichever one’s most comfortable to them. There wasn’t a date specified for when this feature would be rolled out, but it should be fairly soon.
