Russian-made SMG.
Circular saw
Insta-killing, difficult to wield melee weapon.
Magnum
Revolver with a lot of stopping power, but slow to fire.
Grenade Launcher
Launcher for explosive cartridges of your own design.

Hand cannon, literally. Obtained during the final boss fight.
