Go south from your farm to the area with Marnie’s Ranch. Go southeast. The festival is taking place near the Wizard’s Tower. Everything else in the area will be closed off with detours and flags signalling the way to the festival.

Once there, the player can talk to many villagers, buy Flower Dance specific items, or ask a bachelor/bachelorette to dance. You will need a minimum of four hearts for the other person to say yes if the player asks for a dance. A nice cutscene will ensue if the other person says yes.
