Cat lovers alert! If you love gaming too, then Stray is just what you need. But then, who doesn’t love an adorable orange cat, right. Stray is an adventure game, not just any adventure, you get to be on an adventure as a Stray cat! That’s right. A stray kitty on a journey to reach the final destination, his own family. Before you help the cat reach its ultimate goal, there will be obstacles, puzzles and ‘Zurks’ to deal with in a world full of robots and machines. Daunting isn’t it? But don’t worry. There will a helpful friend accompanying you all through your adventure. B-12 is the drone companion, the stray cat’s only friend in the big world.

The developers started working on Stray back in 2015. The announcement was done at PlayStation’s Future of Gaming event on 11 June 2020. Stray will be playable on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Microsoft Windows. Those who are members of PlayStation Plus Extra, Delux, and Premium will get it at launch.

Interestingly, Stray is inspired by four cats. Two of them, Riggs and Murtaugh, belong to the founders and two are studio’s in-house cats, Oscar and Jun. The developers behind this kitty adventure game is BlueTwelve Studio and the publisher is Annapurna Interactive.

Stray Gameplay

Stray’s lost cybercity adventure will be about 8 hours long. It will be an open world adventure game. The game puts extra effort on the its exploration and atmosphere.

Stray Release date

If you are eager to play the game, then your wait won’t be very long. Stray, the game, is launching on 19 July, 2022.
