Good news for fans of a classic RPG. At QuakeCon 2021, Bethesda announced the arrival of The Elder Scrolls 5 – Skyrim Anniversary Edition, which celebrates the game’s tenth anniversary. The title will release on November 11, 2021 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
This edition of the game will include all the content from the “Special Edition” (2016) and over 500 unique Creation Club elements (dungeons, quests, bosses, spells, armor, etc.). Those who already have the old version can upgrade to the Anniversary Edition for free if they wish.
In addition, users who have the “Special Edition” on PS4 and Xbox One and want the PS5 and Xbox Series ports of “Special Edition” will also get them free of charge.
The Elder Scrolls 5 – Skyrim Anniversary Edition – What Is Special About It?
The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Anniversary Edition is another version of one of the greatest RPGs in the history, releasing on its 10th birthday. Later this year, the production will hit the market, mainly for the new generation PS5 and Xbox Series X / S consoles. The premiere of Skyrim Anniversary Edition is scheduled for November 11th, 2021. Players who purchased the Special Edition for PS5 and XSX consoles will receive a free upgrade to the improved game. The rest will have to pay for the entire production again or buy an update.
The Elder Scrolls 5 – Skyrim Anniversary Edition Creation Club Items
By the way, Bethesda has also prepared a kind of gift for Skyrim Special Edition owners on all other platforms. These players will be able to download three items from the Creation Club for free:

- Survival Mode
