Xbox Game Preview, Microsoft’s equivalent of Steam’s Early Access, is coming to Windows 10 PCs. The service allows gamers to play unfinished games prior to release. Microsoft made the announcement this Tuesday at Gamescom 2016.
One of the first games that’ll take advantage of Xbox Game Preview on Windows will be the space shooter Everspace, by Rockfish Games. Microsoft emphasized in the announcement that they were excited for PC gamers to “participate in the development process”, as playing by playing these unfinished versions gamers can report bugs and help improve games prior to release.
