According to reports from windowscentral, Xbox Scorpio the upcoming Microsoft bahemath which is able to render games at Native 4K resolution will allow users who have 1080p screens to have better graphical quality and fidelity.

The console will offer ‘supersampling spatial anti-aliasing’ for Full HD screen users; for now, developers have to cut back on anti-aliasing and graphical enhancement to get the maximum possible FPS for the consoles but with the upcoming, Xbox console with improved hardware, it won’t even break a sweat.

Other than the supersampling, Xbox Scorpio will have Shader 6.0 version and compiler, aiming to enrich the API. This is not a Scorpio exclusive and will also be made available for the Xbox One.

Xbox Scorpio release hasn’t been given an official date, but is expected to land sometime next year.
