Recently, Bethesda released patch 1.03 for Fallout 4. With this patch, Vault 81 residents can now dismember. This patch also extracts a few more resources from consoles but the frame rate is still sub 30.

Digital Foundry did some testing of its own and saw good improvements to draw distance for geometry and foliage.

The act of objects fading in and out of view is now being handled in a better way on both, PS4 and Xbox One. The frame-rate though remains unchanged on either console, as shown in the video below.
