Each of the three major regions in the game – John’s region, Jacob’s region and Faith’s region has its own set of missions with cult outposts to destroy, cult properties to tear apart and specialists to recruit. You need to reach at least Resistance Level 4 in any region to be able to liberate it. The best way to gain these points is by liberating cult outposts.
These are enemy strongholds crawling with cultists and if you go in all guns blazing, reinforcements will be summoned, making the fight more tough. If you can liberate the outpost without raising the alarm, you get more money and XP. Be stealthy for this. Stay crouched in bushes and tall grass as much as possible. Use melee takedowns on enemies. Be careful not to let other enemies spot the body of the dead one, else they will actively start looking for you. Disable alarms to guarantee that reinforcements won’t arrive.
Liberating outposts in this game the stealthy way isn’t as easy as in previous titles so you will have to be quite good at it.
