The license board is focuses around a table. To unlock new skills, you need to spend LP there. This board helps you gain access to rare items, weapons and armor. Now, you need LP to use the license board. How to get it? You earn LP along with XP after winning battles. Use high speed mode to get more LP in the game.

Depending on what job you select, you will get a license board that will unlock new skills in line with that particular job. If you take two jobs at once, you will need to unlock License Board Plus costing 30 LP. The skills which you unlock for a character will be carried over to the new License Board that you unlock. So, there is no wastage of skills or LP.
