If you own a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and you valiantly brag about how you got the 1% of the non-defected models, the time for that bragging is going to be over shortly, as Samsung has decided to disable all of the un-returned Note 7’s by disabling the charging port.

Statistically, only 3% of the phones of have not already been returned, by customers, because of funds issues for an upgrade or downgrade. Even so, Samsung is planning to roll out an update on March 29th which will make it impossible to charge the phone via the charger, wirelessly or through a power bank.
