Gears of War 4 introduces the Horde 3.0 that lets your 4-man squad battle through increasingly difficult waves of enemies. Starting from weaker DeeBees to stronger ones and Swarms, the Horde 3.0 mode allows the players to fight 50 waves of enemies. Players have to find the Fabricator, place it in a defensible position and build fortifications and weapons to fend off the hordes of enemy waves.

Horde Mode Challenges List

This guide list all the Horde Mode Challenges and the XP required to complete them. The challenge must be completed in a single match which awards the player a Bounty Card which can be used only once. Below are the details of the Horde 3.0 Challenges.

Assault Rifle Kills I – 3000 XP
Kill 100 or more enemies with an assault rifle during a Horde match on any difficulty.

Engineer Challenge I – 10,000 XP
Beat the first 20 waves of a Horde match while playing as the Engineer class on any difficulty.

Heavy Challenge I – 10,000 XP
Beat the first 20 waves of a Horde match while playing as the Heavy class on any difficulty.

Scout Challenge I – 10,000 XP
Beat the first 20 waves of a Horde match while playing as the Scout class on any difficulty.

Sniper Challenge I – 10,000 XP
Beat the first 20 waves of a Horde match while playing as the Sniper class on any difficulty.

Soldier Challenge I – 10,000 XP
Beat the first 20 waves of a Horde match while playing as the Soldier class on any difficulty.

Explosive Kills I – 10,000 XP
Kill 100 or more enemies with an explosive launcher (Boomshot, Dropshot, Torque Bow, RL-4 Salvo) or Frag Grenade during a Horde match on any difficulty.X

Fortifications I – 2000 XP
Build five or more fortifications during a Horde match on any difficulty.

Fortifications II – 20,000 XP
Build 50 or more fortifications during a Horde match on any difficulty.

Hardcore Challenge I – 20,000 XP
Beat the first 20 waves of a Horde match on Hardcore difficulty.

Headshot Kills I – 5000 XP
Kill 100 or more enemies with headshots during a Horde match on any difficulty.

Horde Challenge I – 1000 XP
Beat the first 10 waves of a Horde match on any difficulty.

Horde Challenge II – 10,000 XP
Beat the first 20 waves of a Horde match on any difficulty.

Insane Challenge I – 10,000 XP
Beat the first 10 waves of a Horde match on Insane difficulty.

Insane Challenge II – 20,000 XP
Beat the first 20 waves of a Horde match on Insane difficulty.

Kills I – 2000 XP
Kill 50 or more enemies during a Horde match on any difficulty.

Normal Challenge I – 10,000 XP

Rare Engineer Survival I – 750 CR
Beat all 50 waves of a Horde match while playing as the Engineer class on any difficulty.

Rare Hardcore Survival I – 1100 CR
Beat all 50 waves of a Horde match on Hardcore difficulty.

Rare Heavy Survival I – 750 CR
Beat all 50 waves of a Horde match while playing as the Heavy class on any difficulty.

Rare Horde Survival I – 750 CR
Beat all 50 waves of a Horde match on any difficulty.

Rare Insane Survival I – 1200 CR
Beat all 50 waves of a Horde match on Insane difficulty.

Rare Scout Survival I – 750 CR
