PlayStation VR Skyrim Bundle includes Skyrim VR, PlayStation Camera, two PlayStation Move Controller and off course the PlayStation VR system. The bundle also comes with Skyrim add ons – Dawnguard, Dragonborn and Hearthfire, as per PS Blog.
