Ubisoft is bringing the classic board game Uno to PS4, Xbox One and PC in a collaboration with Mattel, the original crafters of Uno. The game will have online and social media features.
The game supports up to four players online and two players offline. It will release August 9 as a digital-only download. Uno was originally invented in 1971, and this is not the first time it’s been made into a video game, though it has been a while since the last release on Xbox 360 in 2009.
The game is universally appealing for its simple concept – the player who’s left with only one card wins, hence “Uno”, which is Spanish for “one”.
