Reddit user _Problemz has hit level 40, the maximum level in Pokemon GO, being the first in the world. He’s the first because he used a bot; reaching this level naturally is extremely hard. According to the Reddit user, it would mean gaining more than 50,000 XP daily for over a year. So while it is cheating, we thank him for his service to the Internet by sharing what the game rewards players with for this milestone.

The player received 40 Ultra Balls, 40 Max Potions, 40 Max Revives, 40 Razz Berries, 4 Incense, 4 Incubators, 4 Lure Modules and 4 Lucky Eggs. Not bad, but one is left wondering what all these items would be used for after the player has reached the maximum level. Maybe it will be increased eventually?
