Battlefield 1 is a video game by EA DICE. It is themed on World War 1 and it is a first person shooter. Battlefield 1 is the fifteenth installment in the Battlefield game series. Electronic Arts published the game for PS4, Xbox One and PC on 21 Oct 2016.
There are a few changes to the way battlepacks work in this game as compared to the previous titles. The Battlefield packs are acquired after the completion of a multiplayer match or can be purchased by the in-game currency.
Battlefield 1 Battlepacks And Crafting
Battlefield 1 Battlepacks
After a multiplayer match, players are awarded with a standard battlepack, no bronze, silver or gold. This pack can include a random weapon skin or an XP booster or a Melee Weapon Puzzle Piece.
The XP booster boosts your XP gained for a short duration and the puzzle piece is one of the pieces of a Melee Weapon. You must collect all those pieces to get your weapon.
Weapon skins are of three types –
- special
- distinguished
- legendary
Battlefield 1 Crafting
There is no traditional crafting system in the game. The player can though break down weapon skins and other unusable items into a new currency called scrap.
You can use Scrap to buy advanced battlepacks. These advanced battlepacks are the enhanced battlepacks and the superior battlepacks apart from the standard battlepacks.
The enhanced and superior battlepacks cannot be got from multiplayer matches. These include distinguished or legendary weapon skins. So, if you are looking to get these, play as many multiplayer matches as possible, scrap the standard battlepacks that you earn and use that scrap to get the enhanced and superior battlepacks.
